Jeppesen CONNECT in Paris showcases new AI capabilities

Jeppesen ForeFlight has just concluded its annual CONNECT Flight Operations Users Conference in Paris, bringing together more than 300 customers. The event showcased the entire product line, including our Fatigue Risk Management (FRM) solutions, and revealed new AI capabilities designed to support airline planning and operations.

A highlight was the introduction of the first AI agents built on Jeppesen ForeFlight Airflow™, the company’s Aviation Operating Intelligence platform. As outlined in Jeppesen ForeFlight’s LinkedIn update, these address three key operational challenges: Trip Trading helps crew members exchange assignments; Target Mastery translates planners’ objectives - including cost, fatigue and operational robustness - into pairings and rosters; and Augmented Ops Control evaluates and ranks recovery options during disruptions.
Airflow is designed to combine aviation data with each operator’s rules, provide clear reasoning behind recommendations, and keep people in control of decisions. The inclusion of fatigue among Target Mastery’s planning objectives also highlights its relevance to the challenges our FRM solutions address.
With established products and emerging AI capabilities on display, CONNECT offered customers a broad view of Jeppesen’s developments in flight operations.
